PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards or bank transfer via the security of Paypal. For any enquiries for your payment please contact us via email.

Postage and Handling
Mandalay Designs uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.

Orders are sent via Registered parcel post and generally take between 2 – 7 days from the date of order depending on the destination.

The standard flat rate for shipping within Australia is $15 (for less than 5kg)

Bulky Items
Items over 5kg, or outside the Australia Post guidelines, will be marked as a “bulky item” and will be charged according to the size, weight and destination.

On receiving your order a Mandalay Designs team member will contact you to inform you of any additional costs. Your order will not be processed until we have confirmed a total cost price for you.

Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are sent out free of charge.

Express Post
If you require express delivery or would like postal insurance, please make a note in the “Add Comments” box during the checkout process. A Mandalay Designs team member will then contact you to discuss the options and additional costs.

Delivery
Generally deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted).

If there is no one home to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during normal opening hours. All consignments are sent with a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

International Orders
If your order is to be shipped to an overseas destination please email us for a quote.

Refund and Replacement
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it. You must contact us via email or telephone within 7 days of receipt with the original order number and your reason for return. Please note SALE items are non-refundable, you may exchange for another item or a credit note valid for 6 months.

The item you return must be in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition. You must pay the postage/shipping charges for the return of the item and Mandalay Designs will pay for the delivery of the replacement item to you. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement
